At the time of consultation it is determined whether or not the home owner requires or would like a proposal for rental of furniture and/or accessories. If the home owner decides to proceed with Home Staging, the cost of the initial consultation is credited toward the cost of Home Staging.
There are three cost factors in home staging rentals. First, is our labor cost for design, packing, set up, removal and re-stocking. Second, is rental cost of the items themselves. This is priced by the quantity of furniture and décor required. Third, is moving costs. Small décor and furniture are usually transported by our team, resulting in a lesser cost as movers are not required. However, when large furniture is required, additional costs for the moving truck are added to the overall staging price. The first month’s rental is included as part of the initial staging package. If additional rental time is required beyond the first month, it is billed on a prorated daily basis.
Depending on the items rented and number of rooms (size of the home), the cost of accessory packages can often be in the lower price range of $800 - $2000. This can include drapery, bedding, complete bathroom packages, artwork, lamps, plants, small tables, accent chairs, area rugs, décor, and accessories.

Vacant staging packages start at approximately $1500, which includes all labor and your first month’s rental.
